Round table “Creative economy: contribution to the sustainable development” was organized in the framework of SDG and RCE network activity.  November 30, 2021 (Nizhny Novgorod. Russia)

Experts of RCE Nizhny Novgorod Prof. Igor Arzhenovsky and Prof. Andrey Dakhin have participated on-line in the 12-th Global RCE Conference ‘Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals: action through learning in a time of global crises’, 16-18 November 2021, Scotland.

The following issues were discussed at the conference: 
• Enable and sustain collaborative conversations across the RCE Network
• Share and celebrate good practice regarding action through learning from across the RCE network.
• Explore, beyond COP26, how to strengthen action on the UNESCO ESD for 2030 agenda in the context of the UN SDGs

23.03.2021  the 'round table' was organised on the ground of NIM RANEPA with participation of NNGASU (Nizhny Novgorod, Russia) and Technical University in Cologne (Germany) with title «Area Development, Transport Infrastructure and Tourism in Russia in Comparative Prospective: The Case of Nizhny Novgorod Agglomeration’s Sustainable Development»

18.12.2020 RCE- Nizhny Novgorod took part in the the last international experts meeting of 2020 year. It have had topics on international collaboration activity for sustainable development in Nizhny Novgorod agglomeration with regarding to cooperation with Universities in Germany and Netherlands. The result of discussion was summarised in a special protocol which is a fine platform for future activity of the international team during 2021 year.

International research project "The economic impact ​ of start-ups on the​ regional development“  (2017).

The object of the research is regional socioeconomic systems of three federal subjects of the Russian Federation:​
     - the Republic of Mordovia, ​
     - Nizhegorodskaya oblast and ​
     - Samarskaya oblast.​

The subject of the research is commercial startups and the influence of a startup cluster on socioeconomic development of a region.​  ​
The aim of the research is to identify mutual interference of regional development basic factors and start-ups on the basis of cognitive modelling method. ​​
Representatives of partner Universities - Nizhny Novgorod State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Nizhny Novgorod Institute of Management, branch of Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration RANEPA (Nizhny Novgorod), Ogarev Mordovia State University (Saransk), Samara State Technical University (Samara), as well as experts from three named regions were actively involved in the scientific research development.​
